01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tryopendoor.com (the "Site"), operated by Love Your Neighbor LLC, d/b/a Open Door Digital Studio] ("Open Door Digital Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or submitting information through our Studio Access form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Open Door Digital Studio's design and development services and allows visitors to opt in to receive email and/or SMS updates. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a services agreement; any client engagement is governed by a separate, signed agreement between you and Open Door Digital Studio.
03Email & SMS communications program
If you opt in through our Studio Access form, you agree to receive the type of communications you selected (email, SMS, or both), on the terms described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- SMS messages are recurring and automated; message and data rates may apply and frequency varies;
- consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase;
- you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of email using the unsubscribe link in any message; and
- we may retain a record of your consent for compliance purposes.
04Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Open Door Digital Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.
05Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information through our forms;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; or
- use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
06Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Door Digital Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our communications program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed [e.g. $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months].
08Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Open Door Digital Studio harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or discontinue your access to the Site, or your enrollment in our email or SMS program, at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
